Description: This intense, 4 day skill development camp is open to players that are committed to working extremely hard to improve their basketball skills. For those who have attended our skills night, think of summer camp as skills night supersized! The camp will last 3 1/2 hours a day and is a great way for players to improve their skills and get ready for fall AAU and their winter seasons. At camp, coaches have more time to break down skills and concepts as well as teach more skills, allowing players to improve their basketball skills in a fun, but competitive environment.
Players will be broken down by grade and skill level. As we get closer to the camp, an email with specific information will be sent. Some highlights of the camp:
Coaching ratio will be no greater than 8:1.
Skill development will be the focus of the camp. Stations and small game situations will be used to teach the basic concepts of basketball.
Players will receive a comprehensive written evaluation as well as a camp workout program they can continue to follow at home to improve.
Players will receive a camp t-shirt
